Cancellation Timelines

  • 48+ hours before departure: 100% refund
  • 24-48 hours before departure: 75% refund + ₹50 processing fee
  • 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund + ₹100 processing fee
  • 6-12 hours before departure: 25% refund + ₹150 processing fee
  • Less than 6 hours: No refund, ticket cannot be cancelled

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations must be made through the GORO BUS app or website
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Partial refunds are credited to your GORO Wallet instantly
  • Group bookings have special cancellation policies
  • Operator-initiated cancellations receive 100% refund regardless of timing

Reschedule Policy

  • Rescheduling up to 24 hours before departure: No charge
  • Rescheduling 12-24 hours before: ₹50 fee
  • Rescheduling 6-12 hours before: ₹100 fee
  • Can reschedule to any route within 30 days from original travel date
  • Reschedule to buses with higher fare requires additional payment

How do I cancel my ticket?

Open the GORO BUS app, go to "My Bookings", select your ticket, and click "Cancel Ticket". Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Partial refunds to GORO Wallet are instant.

What if my bus is cancelled by the operator?

In case of operator cancellation, we provide a 100% refund regardless of the time remaining until departure, plus the option to reschedule to an alternative bus at no extra charge.

Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?

Yes! You can reschedule your ticket to any other bus on any route within 30 days. Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before departure.
